How do I make a payment?

Once customers receive the quote and agree to the terms, we will send you a payment link through the “Stripe” payment platform. You can choose your payment method, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay, etc. Alternatively, international bank transfers are accepted, but they may incur high cross-border transaction fees.

Why is there a transaction fee?

If payment is made through the “Stripe” payment platform, a 3.8% platform transaction fee will be incurred.

How can I cancel my itinerary and request a refund?

Can I change the itinerary midway or before departure?

Our service is provided with private guides, and customers can change the itinerary within a reasonable range at any time.

Can I add or reduce the number of days in the middle of the itinerary?

You can add days to your itinerary at any time, but we cannot guarantee the same guide’s availability if not informed in advance. You can also reduce the number of days during the itinerary, but as private guides and charter services are appointment-based, refunds are not possible. Hotel and ticket refund policies may vary based on official refund mechanisms. Please contact our customer service representative for details.
